We collect only what you submit through the inquiry form:

• Required: name, work email, organization, message
• Optional: role, areas of interest, program stage
• Your consent record and the date and time of submission

3. Why we use it

We use this information only to respond to your inquiry and to discuss a potential engagement. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing. Please do not include patient or trial participant information, or confidential program data, in the form.

4. How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information until the purpose above has been fulfilled, and in any case no longer than three years from your last contact with us, unless a longer period is required by law or you become a client. We then delete it.

5. Sharing and processing

We do not provide your information to third parties. Submissions are stored by our website hosting provider, which runs on cloud infrastructure that may be located outside the Republic of Korea, solely to operate this website.

6. Your rights

You may ask to access, correct, delete or stop the processing of your information, or withdraw your consent, at any time by writing to sinua.official@gmail.com. We will respond without undue delay.

7. Security

Information is transmitted over encrypted connections and access is limited to the people who need it to respond to you.

8. Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

9. Changes to this notice

We will post any change on this page with a new effective date. Effective date: 29 October 2026.
